They don't bother to tell you until after your "hub" is created that you've violated this or that. If you post the name of a web site as I did, and the name includes the term dot com, it's considered excessive promotion. I listed two sites, one a crohn's disease help blog and a news portal - non-self serving sites and they were flagged. I have other sites a resources to make a dime online and Hugpages isn't worth the effort. If you are a casual user you'll be fine, but if you wish to provide a services or inform people of web sites, or online resources it isn't apparently for you. Very unprofessional and zero communication. They do not tell you up front that they expect you to do all of the promotion for your pages yourself and that they will take you off of their payroll if you do not meet page hit quotas and other factors not mentioned in the original contract.
